Important: These templates are provided as a practical starting point and do not constitute legal advice. They must be reviewed and adapted by a qualified UK solicitor before any commercial launch.
1. Your statutory cancellation right
As a UK consumer buying a digital service, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel. Because the Service is provided immediately, by subscribing you may agree that the service begins right away, which can affect this right for the portion already supplied.
2. Our approach
If you are unhappy, contact us. We aim to be fair: where a charge was clearly in error or the service was not delivered, we will refund it.
3. Monthly subscriptions
Because plans are low-cost and monthly, the simplest remedy is usually to cancel future renewals. Part-month refunds are generally not provided once a billing period has started, except where required by law or in cases of fault on our side.
4. How to request a refund
Use the Contact page with your account email and the charge details.
5. Payment provider rules
Where you subscribed through an app store or payment provider, that provider's refund rules may also apply.
