PYLS
HELP & SUPPORT

Questions about PYLS?

Clear answers about prices, vehicles, alerts, journeys, subscriptions and your data.

Is PYLS free?

Yes. PYLS has a free plan with one vehicle, nearby fuel-price searches and core recommendations.

Plus adds a second vehicle, broader search options, price-drop alerts, advanced journey planning and full fill-up history. Current Plus pricing is shown on the Pricing page.

Where does the fuel data come from?

From the UK Government Fuel Finder open-data scheme, where petrol stations publish their prices. Prices can change, so always check at the pump.

Where does the EV data come from?

From Open Charge Map for charger locations and details. Live availability and pricing will improve as we add enrichment data sources.

Where does the weather in my Daily Fuel Brief come from?

Weather data by Open-Meteo.com. It's shown as light ambient context only — the Daily Fuel Brief never depends on it, and it's simply left out if unavailable.

Does it work offline?

PYLS is a Progressive Web App, and parts of the interface can remain available offline.

Live prices, new station searches, alerts and new recommendations require an internet connection.

Can I use it while driving?

Set up your search or journey before you drive. PYLS is a planning companion, not something to operate while you are at the wheel.

How do I install it on my phone?

Open the Install page for step-by-step iPhone and Android instructions. PYLS can be added to your Home Screen and opened like a normal app.

How do you make money?

PYLS has a free plan and an optional Plus subscription. Free users may occasionally see clearly identified partner offers.

We do not sell personal data.

How do I delete my data?

Use the Data Deletion page to clear local browser data or request deletion of your PYLS account and associated account data.
