These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PYLS ("the App", "the Service", "we", "us", "our"), operated by PYLS Ltd. By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What the Service is

PYLS is a driving-companion application that provides fuel price information, EV charging information and journey optimisation recommendations based on data obtained from third parties (including UK Government open data and other providers). The App offers guidance only. It does not sell fuel, electricity, or charging services.

2. Recommendations are guidance only

All recommendations, prices, savings estimates, detour times, availability indicators and journey suggestions are estimates based on third-party data that may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee fuel prices, EV charger availability, charger speed, road conditions, station opening hours, savings, or journey times. You must verify prices and availability at the point of purchase.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for safe driving and for complying with all road traffic laws.
• You must not interact with the App while driving. Set up your journey before you set off, or have a passenger operate the App.
• You are responsible for your own route, refuelling and charging decisions.
• You must check station prices and charger availability before purchasing.
• You must be at least 18 years old to hold a paid subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping, reverse engineering, overloading our systems, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription billing, renewal and cancellation are described in our Subscription Terms and Refund Policy.

6. Third-party data and links

The App relies on third-party data sources and may link to third-party services (such as map and navigation apps). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of third-party services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on inaccurate third-party data, from recommendations, or from your use of the App, including wasted journeys, additional fuel or charging costs, or missed savings. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
